What we do
Payroll Operations
- Process bi-weekly paychecks for 6000+ employees (Full- Time, Part-Time, Adjunct, Student Worker, etc.) for the 12 community college campuses, CT State Administration, Charter Oak State College, and the CSCU System Office.
- Process payroll related onboarding and offboarding (retirements, terminations, separations, etc.).
- Process direct deposit and tax withholding changes.
- Process employment and income verifications as requested by employees.
HR Data Operations
- Process employee HR transactions in CoreCT including but not limited to new hires, terminations, separations, longevity, annual salary adjustments, COLAs, and promotions.
- Generate, distribute, and process employee contracts for Part-Time EAs, Part-Time Lecturers, Extension Credit Lecturers, Non-Credit Lecturers, and students.
- Analyze, review, and distribute all requested HR data via reports and other mechanisms to leadership throughout the system.
