Our Model
Center leadership sets a collective vision, manages processes and partnerships, coordinates project plans, and collaborates with initiative leads to co-design solutions to complex challenges.
- Faculty, staff, and administrators from CSCU institutions are identified to become initiative leads for 1-3 years within CSCU Success. Initiative leads work with the Center and national experts to explore models and receive professional learning which supports their efforts.
- Initiative leads chair working groups that design, adapt, or contextualize models, policies, or practices that solve system or institutional pain points.
- Final recommendations for policy and practice improvements delivered to the CSCU Provost for Board consideration.
- CSCU Success coordinates with DSIR to produce annual compliance reports on Board adopted policies.
