Committee Charge:

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Act for the Board of Trustees in the interval between regular Board meetings.
  • Serve as a communication link and a sounding board for the CSUS Chancellor.
  • Evaluation of the CSUS Chancellor and approve annual Letter of Priority.
  • Review the CSUS Chancellor’s evaluations and Letters of Priority for the university presidents.
  • Recommend policies regarding compensation of the university presidents and the CSUS Chancellor
  • Review and receive the Annual Reports and Independent Financial Audit Reports of the university foundations and the Connecticut State University System Foundation.
  • Recommend amendments to the HR Policies for the CSUS Chancellor and University Presidents as may be necessary from time to time.
  • Consider the activities of the Board and make recommendations for improvement.
