Aviva D. Budd

Aviva D. Budd Aviva D. Budd was appointed to serve on the Board of Regents for Higher Education by Governor Malloy in February 2017. Ms. Budd is an attorney and independent real estate investor. She invests in and manages commercial real estate. Previously, she was a senior vice president and General Counselof Terremark Worldwide, Inc., a senior vice president of U.S. Realty Advisors, principal investment officer of the Combined Retirement and Trust Funds of the State of Connecticut, senior vice president of The Related Companies, Inc., and a real estate partner and member of the executive committee at the law firm of Squadron, Ellenoff, Plesent and Lehrer (now the New York office of Hogan & Lovells). Ms Budd serves as a member of the Board of Trustees for the Seed School of Miami . She previously served on the Board of Trustees of Polytechnic Engineering School of NYU, now the Tandon School of Engineering of NYU.
