Technical Services
The Technical Services Unit provides computing support to System Office employees as well as for various system-wide initiatives. The unit installs and maintains approximately 100 production and test servers in support of major applications including:
- Banner
(Enterprise Resource Planning System) - Vista
(Course Management System) - Millennium
(Online Catalog System) - Pinnacle
(Telecommunications Management System) - CDST
(CSUS data warehouse)
Additional services include
- Technical support for the personal computing, printing and scanning needs of all System Office personnel
- Conference room setup and support for business presentations
- Access and support for external audit personnel
- Support for IT asset management by tracking existing equipment and disposing of surplus equipment
Guest Access
Visitors to the System Office facility may be granted limited access to the internal network while in the building (primarily to connect to Internet resources).Wireless Internet Access
Visitors to the System Office may be granted wireless Internet access while in the building. A laptop or device with wireless capability is required.

- Name
- Approver
- Type of Access
