P20 WIN Data Dictionary

The P20 WIN Data Dictionary contains elements that are a part of P20 WIN as of the pilot phase of system implementation. It is expected that the Participating Agencies will add additional elements as they become available.

Dates for which data are available by source:

  • BOR - CC IRDB: Academic Years 1999-2000 through present
  • BOR - CSU Repository: Academic Years 2009-2010 through present
  • SDE - SLDS: Cohort of students who graduated in the 2009-2010 academic year (a.k.a. four-year adjusted graudation cohort of 2010)
  • DOL - UI: 4th quarter 1999 through present (due to the lag in reporting time, 'present' means the 2nd quarter prior to the present quarter)
